Are VÉLURE perfumes authentic?
Every bottle is sourced or composed in-house, batch-numbered, and shipped from our Paris atelier. We do not source from secondary markets.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to over 80 countries via insured express courier. Orders over $200 ship free.
How long does delivery take?
Domestic France: 1–2 business days. EU: 2–4 business days. UK, US, Canada, UAE, Australia: 3–6 business days. You receive a tracking link within 24 hours of order.
What is your return policy?
Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened bottles are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
How should I store my perfume?
Away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place. Avoid bathrooms — humidity and temperature swings degrade volatile top notes faster than anything else.
What is the difference between EDT, EDP and Parfum?
Concentration. EDT (Eau de Toilette) is 5–15% fragrance oils, EDP (Eau de Parfum) is 15–20%, and Parfum is 20–40%. Higher concentration means longer wear and tighter projection.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. A 2ml sample of any signature is available for $12, credited toward a future full-size purchase.
Can I personalise a bottle as a gift?
Bottles can be engraved with up to 20 characters at no charge. Add the inscription at checkout.
