Refund & Return Policy

30-day window

Unopened bottles in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.

Opened bottles

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened bottles unless the item is faulty or was damaged in transit. In those cases we replace or refund in full and cover return shipping.

How to start a return

Email concierge@velure.parfums with your order number and reason. We issue a prepaid return label within one business day.

Refund timeline

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 3–10 days to post the credit.

Engraved bottles

Personalised and engraved bottles cannot be returned unless faulty.

Gifts

Gift recipients can return for store credit at full value with proof of order.
